Networking aids us in realizing our potential.

AKAA will be a platform whereby:

  • Members can meet, communicate through and encourage the sharing of information and experiences within professional circles.
  • Networking will allow for the development ideas and solutions which will enhance animal welfare.

The AKAA will also be a forum to promote and advertise training and development and employment opportunities.

The AKAA can be a starting point in developing a working relationship with other organizations, institutions, keeper associations and individuals who are committed to the same core values as the AKAA.

Gatherings The association will organize and assist in setting up conferences, seminars & workshops within and without Africa, so as to enable staff to interact and develop their knowledge base, build partnerships, opportunities and friends; re-enforcing a support base for members.
