Below is a summary of the accommodation at Reyneke Park:

There are chalets, rooms and camping sites.

The chalets can house from 1 to 4 people (1 double bed, two singles) and the cost is R 700 per night.
So 4 nights at symposium (Monday night to Thursday night) will cost R 2 800.00 for a chalet.
(Each institution can then book a chalet, send 1, 2, 3 or 4 people, and the cost for the
accommodation will be R 2 800.00.)

One chalet only has two ¾ beds, and is available for R 520.00 per night – so R 2 080.00 for the week

Similar setup for the rooms. Each room can sleep up to 4 people:
• Some rooms have 4 single beds, and are available for R 640 per night. Therefore R 2 560.00
for the 4 nights, also from 1 to 4 people.
• Some rooms have 1 double and 2 single beds, and are available for R 550.00 per night, so
R 2 200.00 for the 4 nights (1 – 4 people).
• Other rooms have only 2 double beds, and cost R 400.00 per night – so R 1 600.00 for the
week.

The campsites are R 200.00 per site per night. Each site can accommodate 5 people.
